The Opportunity
As a Senior Client Support Officer you will support the client service areas of the Department and external clients through the provision of advice and support on policies and processes covering Special Purpose Subsidies, Special Needs Loading, Bereavement Assistance and Family Crisis Programs. This position also coordinates client administration information flow between districts and the Client Support Services work unit.
