Job description: Procurement & Supply Chain· Oversee the planning and coordination of a companys inventory and purchasing department.· Monitoring inventory levels, distributing supplies.· Purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications· Record and assess all materials quality, movement, and storage of materials.· Manage the distribution of supplies in the organization.· Monitor inventory levels and access to material.· Prepare and file detailed records on procurement activity, quantity, and suppliers.· Collaborating with management to determine supply needs.· Coordinating and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.· Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.· Record and maintain company tools and assets registers.· Assist in forecasting to plan future orders.· Submit reports to management when and as requested.· Assist with all site requests.· Oversee and support subordinates and new employees.Maintenance & LogisticsStrategically plan and manage logistics and warehouse.Keep tract of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport cost and efficiency.Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes for deliveries.Supervise, coach and train warehouse force.Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.Developing maintenance procedures and ensuring implementation.Carrying out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.Coordinate maintenance worker efforts to make sure employer property like buildings and grounds are kept up.Identify areas for improvement and assign workers to take care of issues.Develop maintenance schedules and manage them among staff.Perform troubleshooting to solve minor repair issues.Contact and schedule repairmen / necessary to preform maintenance tasks and oversee the job until completion.Maintaining company vehicles.Developing efficient driver schedules and managing driver schedules.Scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.Ensuring strict servicing and maintenance times to minimize downtime and maintain schedules.Regular fuel tracking and reporting.Monitorin driver behavior and ensuring fleet runs smoothlyUtilizing GPS systems to monitor drivers and track vehicles.Managing and resolving fleet and driver issues and requirements.Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.Perform administrative tasks as required.Perform tasks as listed but no limited to.Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics, or relevant field.Proven Managerial experience is a must.A minimum of 5 years experience is a must.Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systemsExcel non-negotiable.OMNI Advanced.Advanced knowledge and skill of forecasting and material handling.Outstanding communication and leadership skills.Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.Excellent organization and time-management skills.Manual labour as required.Be able to work under pressure.Electrical background is beneficial.

Expected salary: R33000 – 38000 per month
