Job description: We are seeking a passionate and energetic Zumba Instructor to join our fitness team. As a Zumba Instructor, you will lead and instruct fun and high-energy Zumba fitness classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels. You will create a positive and motivating environment that encourages participants to achieve their fitness goals while having a great time. - Lead Zumba fitness classes that incorporate choreographed dance moves and energetic music
- Demonstrates proper techniques and form to ensure a safe and effective workout for participants
- Create and plan engaging and challenging class routines that cater to participants of different fitness levels
- Provide modifications and variations of exercises to accommodate different levels of participants’ abilities
- Motivate and inspire participants to push themselves and achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that encourages camaraderie and participant engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio, including setting up and putting away equipment
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Zumba Instructor or in a related dance fitness role
- Zumba Instructor certification or equivalent fitness certification
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Zumba dance fitness principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and instruct a large group of participants
- High energy and enthusiasm with a passion for dance and fitness
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and motivating environment for participants
- Flexibility to work morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
Expected salary: 7200 – 8700 per month
