Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and dynamic Zumba classes
- Create choreography and routines that are suitable for participants of different levels and abilities
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations for each exercise or dance move
- Motivate and encourage participants throughout the class
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during the class
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space
- Stay up-to-date with current fitness trends and continue professional development in the field of Zumba
Requirements
- Certification as a Zumba Instructor
- Proven experience leading Zumba classes
- Passion for fitness and dance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire participants
- Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and safety protocols
- Availability to teach Zumba classes during peak hours, which may include evenings and weekends
- Reliable and punctual attendance at scheduled classes.
Expected salary: 7200 – 8500 per month
