- Instruct and lead yoga classes for individuals or groups
- Develop and create yoga routines that cater to different skill levels and physical capabilities
- Provide hands-on adjustments and modifications to ensure the safety and well-being of participants
- Demonstrate and explain correct postures and alignment techniques to students
- Offer guidance on breathing techniques and meditation practices
- Assist and support students in achieving their personal goals and overcome physical limitations
- Create a positive and inclusive atmosphere that promotes relaxation and stress relief
Requirements
- Certification in yoga instruction from a recognized organization
- Proven experience in teaching yoga classes, preferably in a group setting
- In-depth knowledge of yoga principles, postures, and philosophy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to tailor yoga sessions to accommodate different skill levels and body types
- Excellent physical fitness and flexibility
- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals
Expected salary: 6600 – 7200 per month
