- Lead, supervise, and schedule daily operations of the welding department
- Oversee all welding tasks including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Conduct inspections and ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain proper documentation for welding procedures and quality checks
- Train and mentor welding staff, promoting skill development and safety practices
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with relevant welding codes and industry regulations
- Develop and implement productivity improvement strategies
- Prepare periodic reports for management regarding project status and resource needs
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment in accordance with company policy
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor\’s degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a welding or industrial environment
- At least 2 years of hands-on welding experience including TIG welding
- Proficiency in welding inspection and quality control
- Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and English (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Certification in welding and quality control preferred
- Manufacturing or construction industry background is a plus
