Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welding Foreman to join our team. As a Welding Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing our welding operations and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and effectively. You will work closely with our welding team to provide guidance and supervision throughout the welding process.Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate all welding activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the welding team, ensuring that all welds meet quality standards.
- Inspect welds for defects and ensure that all welding equipment is properly maintained.
- Train new welders in proper techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor productivity and performance of the welding team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop welding schedules and allocate resources.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Certification in welding.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in welding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Expected salary: 5600 – 7200 per month
