Job description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Welding Foreman to join our team. As the Welding Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all welding activities within our organization. This is a hands-on position that requires excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate welding activities within the organization
- Plan and organize welding projects, including determining the required materials and manpower
- Assign tasks to welding personnel and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Oversee the welding process to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Train and mentor junior welding staff and provide them with guidance and support
- Conduct performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of welding projects
- Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including daily progress reports and project expenses
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Welding Foreman or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of various welding techniques and equipment
- Familiarity with welding codes and standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Expected salary: 5600 – 5800 per month
