As a Welcome Desk Agent at W Dubai – The Palm, you will be responsible for assisting guests from check-in to check-out, handling requests, resolving service issues, and ensuring all guest interactions align with the luxury standards of W Hotels. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and communicate clearly while taking a hands-on approach to daily guest services tasks.Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly
  • Address guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information about local attractions and hotel amenities
  • Process guest documentation, reports, and transactions accurately
  • Collaborate with internal departments to meet guest needs and expectations
  • Maintain professional appearance and work environment standards
  • Follow safety, confidentiality, and brand policy guidelines
  • Stand, walk, and lift objects up to 10 pounds as part of daily tasks

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Fluency in German and English preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Must be physically able to perform duties involving movement and lifting
  • No supervisory experience required
