- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field; or equivalent work experience
- 6+ years of experience developing applications in Classic ASP, C# .Net & VB .Net
- 3+ years of experience with HTML 5.4
- 6+ years of experience with MVC
- 3+ years of experience with Angular X.0 (not Angular. js)
- 6+ years of experience with Visual Studio
- 6+ years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views

responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in all ceremonies of a Scrum development project as directed by the Department including:
- Planning Sessions; Stand-Up Sessions; Review Sessions; Backlog Grooming Sessions; Pointing Sessions; Retrospective Session; and Any other Project Management methodology adoption.
- Participate and run Joint Application Sessions to collect detailed requirements and document requirements with process flows and mockups as directed by the Department.
- Create, modify, deploy, and test application code and database code with a zero-defect rate as directed by the Department.
- Train and participate in peer code review as directed by the Department.
- Create test cases and test data for User Acceptance Testing as directed by the Department.
- Document application modifications and additions daily aligned with coding tasks as assigned by the Department, and store in a document repository.
- Complete Administrative tasks (i.e., training) as needed or as directed by the Department.
- Enter time log in with detailed tasks in Department provided application on a weekly basis.
