Job description: We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warranty Officer. As a Warranty Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing warranty claims and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for analyzing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and processing reimbursements. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Responsibilities
- Thoroughly review and analyze warranty claims submitted by customers
- Coordinate repairs and replacements for faulty products under warranty
- Process and track warranty reimbursements and ensure timely payment
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of warranty claims and resolutions
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on claim status and resolve any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as the procurement and quality assurance departments, to address product defects and improve the warranty process
- Conduct regular audits to identify trends and areas for improvement in the warranty system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in using computer software and databases
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures is a plus
Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
