Job description: As a Warranty Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering warranties for our company’s products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all warranty claims and repairs are processed promptly and efficiently, in accordance with company policies and procedures.   • Process warranty claims and repairs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Review warranty policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and repairs.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding warranty-related matters.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate warranty inspections and repairs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of warranty improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a warranty administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty policies and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
