Job description: The Warranty Officer will work closely with our certification team to ensure that all our certified professionals have access to a hassle-free warranty process.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and process warranty claims for our certification programs
  • Develop and maintain the warranty policy for our certification programs
  • Coordinate with the certification team to ensure warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients and handle warranty inquiries and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and resolutions
  • Collaborate with the finance team to track warranty expenses and budget management
  • Conduct regular evaluations of the warranty process and make recommendations for improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices related to warranty management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in warranty management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of warranty policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the finance and accounting industry is a plus

Expected salary: 5700 – 6200 per month
