- Assist in developing, implement and maintain Stores & Warehousing System (GWP) for efficient receipt, storages and issuance of materials.
- Assist Developing a retrieval and delivery system by identifying stores .
- Check and manage all inventory control functions and maintaining the stock at optimum levels
To maintain an accurate record of materials in order to provide full support to production/ Sales activities
- Minimize and keep within limits the inventory holding costs, the spoilage rate
- Execute and ensure compliance of Security Protocol in the Stores & warehouse Department.
.•Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Ensure update and accuracy of ERP (Inventory)
.To pass delivery notes/Invoices & GRN to Finance Department
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Adhoc analysis, reporting, and leave cover intra-department.
Expected salary: 5000 per month
