Job description: Responsibilities:Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products.Manage the warehouse team to ensure productivity, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.Develop and implement efficient warehousing processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts and reconciliation.Ensure that all products are stored correctly and securely.Track and manage inventory discrepancies and coordinate with purchasing for replenishments.Coordinate with the logistics team for the timely dispatch and delivery of orders.Schedule and manage transportation arrangements for inbound and outbound shipments.Work with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to delivery and product availability.Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and operational procedures.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing the efficient fulfillment of orders.Address and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse performance metrics to senior management.Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Expected salary: 5000 – 7000 per month
