Job description: Job description ¿ Conceptualized & Develop Warehouse Management System where none existed prior, Developed and implemented control procedure of Main freezer, Dry Store, Packaging & Equipment Store to ensure assets is appropriately safeguarded.
¿ Manage and control on daily basis the warehouse activity and assumes the responsibility of proper usage and service.
¿ Rearrange & reorganized the warehouse so that stock can be store more and the work flow is much smoothest.
¿ Control the warehouse inventory through daily cycle count Inventory & Brand Inventory.
¿ Supervise and Manage Warehouse Team, whilst ensuring that proper Job descriptions and task Checklist is given to each team member.
¿ Working closely with Quality Manager for Audit of Customer.
¿ Prepares and present Monthly Highly Demand – Fast Moving SKU Report, Operation Performance Report, Production v/s Sales Report to the Top management.
¿ Manages the disposal process of all stocks marked for destruction (Damaged or Expired) and ensure its regularity.
¿ Ensure adherence and implementation of Hygiene & Safety procedure of Dubai Municipality rules and HACCP policies & Procedure related to Storage of Raw Material & Finished goods.
¿ Ensure FIFO is Maintain for Main freezer & Dry Store.
¿ Handling Shift operation and ensuring Maximum Utilization of work force.
¿ Nationality ¿ Any Nationality
¿ 8-10 years of relevant experience from Food & Beverages industry.
¿ Graduate with diploma in Business Administration in supply chain Management.
¿ Salary ¿ 16000-18000 AED

Expected salary: 16000 – 18000 per month
