Job description: Responsibilities1.Accurately manage inventory and stock count activities, ensuring all discrepancies are properly investigated and accounted for.
2.Analyse inventory trends and plan stock replenishment to maintain optimal stock levels.
3.Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records; prepare and submit monthly closing stock reports.
4.Prepare and update shipment tracking records for incoming and outgoing goods.
5.Generate and maintain material receipt records and Goods Received Notes (GRN).
6.Assist in the accurate dispatch and distribution of goods in coordination with the logistics team.
7.Optimize warehouse space through efficient layout planning and implementation of operational policies.
