Job description: Description:The work is expected to follow BCA’s hybrid approach, requiring Mondays and Tuesdays in the office, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays work from home. The on-site work location is at Maryland Avenue, St. Paul, MN 55106.Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.Project Schedule

Tasks:1. Work with planning managers, architects, business analysts, quality assurance analysts and agencies to define and transform business requirements into technical design and programming specifications conforming to the system architecture.
2. Implement enterprise solutions following established BCA patterns in application development and data security.
3. Build, deploy and test software applications and modules using automated test and deployment technologies and tools.
4. Provide direction in identifying appropriate technical solutions (application and system level) that meets business objectives, which include defining technical alternatives to derive the most cost-effective solutions to meet client requirements.
5. Review test cases and test plans in conjunction with quality assurance staff.
6. Execute unit and integration testing procedures.
7. Ability to establish strong business partnerships with senior MNJIS team members and with criminal justice and technical staff
8. Provide knowledge transfer.Desired Skills:1. Seven years of experience developing ASP .NET MVC applications with C# along with Entity Framework
2. Five years of Experience writing T-SQL for MS SQL Server, XML schemas, and XSLT
3. Five years of Unit test experience designing, developing, and executing (NUnit)
4. Seven years of experience using HTML/CSS
5. Seven years of experience using JavaScript
6. Experience with Gulp
7. Experience with Nuget Package management
8. Experience within an Agile Scrum development team
9. Experience in development of Windows Services using .NET 4.0 or above
10. Experience using REST/SOAP web services
11. Experience using Web API
12. Experience with DevOps incorporating automation for CI/CD pipelines
13. Experience working with front-end JavaScript libraries, especially Bootstrap 4/5 and jQuery
14. Strong communication skills sufficient to clearly communicate highly technical concepts, and to introduce new technological tools or methods
15. Knowledge of Domain Driven Design concept
16. Experience working with law enforcement or criminal justice systemsPay range: $48 to $54 per hour on W2.
