Job description: Responsibilities:Generate/Develop Commercial/bidding documents.Coordinate & provide support to prepare Technical Responses for Addendums/Pre-bid Meeting enquiries.Develop pricing templates for variation pricing.Valuation of variation complying to Contract terms- review, assess, value, execute all variations and update documentation. Lead the responsibility on Service contracts variations.Coordinate with Procurement on Variation process/Change management process.Tracking variations to obtain updated service Fees & issue Service Budget/Cash flow for Clients.Review Budget estimation submissions by Contractor & coordinate with FM operation to obtain client approval.Assist Senior Technical Manager for tasks related to New Client management (Review & analyze Client Confidential data/requirements, assist in preparing RFP /SOW, initial budget estimations)Assist Technical Manager to generate SLA/KPI matrix for TFM service TendersProvide daily support to FM Operation team on Commercial & Asset ManagementAssist Technical Manager to prepare comprehensive FM Portfolio reports.Support to all existing operations through all the project phases, particularly those related to Technical & Commercial support.Required SkillsBSc. (Hons) Quantity Surveying / Engineer/Business administration5 years’ experience working in FM Industry Estimation & Bidding/Contracts/ procurementSkills in different software, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BIExperience working in FM Industry

Expected salary: 10000 – 15000 per month
