Job description: As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a key role in both investments and portfolio management
- Deal Sourcing & Analysis: Identifying promising startups, conducting market research, and evaluating investment opportunities.
- Due Diligence: Assessing financials, business models, and competitive landscapes.
- Investment Execution: Supporting the deal process, from term sheet negotiations to closing.
- Portfolio Management: Working closely with founders to provide strategic and operational support.
- Incubation Support: Assisting in the development of new ventures within the firm’s incubation ecosystem.
Excellent ExposureOpportunity to Develop
- 1-3 years of experience in Venture Capital
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation.
- Strong presentation skills
- A self-starter mindset, able to take initiative and work independently.
- A deep passion for early-stage tech startups and the venture ecosystem.
- Prior experience working in VC is a must.
- Already based in the UAE with full working rights.
