Job description: Position Overview: UX/UI Angular DeveloperCU-Interface is seeking a skilled UX/UI Angular Developer to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in migrating us from an existing ASP.Net web site to a robust, scalable, and performant Angular front-end. Your primary goals will be implementing the design and functionality of our pilot site, customizing certain skinnable features for dozens of clients, coordinating rollouts, implementing modular architecture, and ensuring that our front-end is maintainable. Additionally, you’ll mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of high-quality engineering practices.Who We AreCU-Interface is a premier credit union data processing provider. - Extend current function of our Angular web and mobile app projects
- Manage client-specific customization and deployment of our white label app
- Design and implement modular, scalable, and reusable front-end components
- Collaborate with the design and API teams to ensure seamless user experiences
- Conduct code reviews to enforce best practices and maintain code quality
- Mentor junior engineers, helping them grow into mid-level roles
- Debug and resolve front-end performance issues and architectural bottlenecks
- Drive adoption of new Angular features and tools to improve overall development velocity
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Angular (latest versions) and modern front-end development
- Strong understanding of modular design and reusable components
- Proven ability to mentor and train engineers in clean, maintainable code practices
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering high-quality front-end solutions
- Highly technical and comfortable working with complex applications
- Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams
- Relentless work ethic: doesn’t stop until the job is done and done right

- Build genuine relationships and positively motivates others
- Passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in FinTech, Credit Union or Banking industries
- Experience with cross-platform app development using Ionic Capacitor, Flutter, or similar
- Experience with native development for phone apps.
- Ability to assist with coding on C# JSON based API.
