Job description: UAE Elementary home room Teacher -DubaiAs a Homeroom Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. You will be responsible for implementing a comprehensive curriculum that promotes social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that stimulate childrens curiosity and creativity.Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where each child feels valued and respected.Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development of each child.Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and other relevant data.Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all students always.RequirementsQualifications:Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.Valid teaching certification/license.Proven experience working with young children in a classroom setting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education.Familiarity with American curriculum, standards frameworks such as the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) or similar.
Expected salary: 5000 – 10000 per month
