Job description: Responsibilities:Provide personalized travel consultation services to clients, understanding their needs and preferences to create bespoke travel itineraries.Should have experience in group travel as well as package holidaysUtilize GDS (Galileo) and other online systems to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services efficiently and accurately.Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing travel-related advice.Promote travel products and services, including holiday packages, insurance, and other add-ons, to meet sales targets.Prepare and process travel documents, including visas, travel insurance, and itineraries.Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destination information, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations.Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining client records, processing payments, and generating reports.Required skills:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the UAE.Excellent knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS) – GalileoExceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and upsell travel products.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in booking and documentation.Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Expected salary: 7000 – 8000 per month
