- Ensure proper transport Vehicle Inbound and Out bound data is maintained
- Ensure proper vehicle procedures and vehicle maintenance and repair as and when due.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation is in place for all vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for compliance with maintenance requirements and ensure all vehicles are in good condition and reports of any damage are made by the driver concerned.
- To keep a track of the 100% vehicle utilization, communicate with the line manager in case vehicle is fully utilized.
- Ensure the underutilized vehicle is combined on same route to save cost on Fleet.
