Job description: Key Responsibilities:
1.Training Strategy and Development: Develop a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the company’s goals and industry standards. Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps.
2.Program Design and Delivery: Design and deliver tailored training programs for technical, safety, compliance, and leadership development. Leverage modern learning methodologies and technologies, such as e-learning platforms, virtual reality simulations, and theory and practical trainings.
3.Measuring Training Effectiveness: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Regularly evaluate training outcomes and present ROI reports to leadership. Develop a robust system for reporting and analysis of training statistics and effectiveness.
4.Leadership Development: Implement leadership and succession planning programs to enhance organizational capability.
5.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all training aligns with regulatory and industry safety standards.
6.Department Management: Manage the training department’s budget and resources effectively. Build and lead a team of training coordinators, specialists, and external consultants as needed.
7.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry advancements and incorporate innovative practices into training programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.Requirements
1.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
2.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in training and development, preferably in Heavy Lifting industries.
3.Proven track record of designing and implementing training programs that deliver measurable business impact.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to measure and improve training effectiveness.
5.Proficiency in training software and tools (e.g., LMS, data visualization platforms).
6.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7.Ability to manage budgets and lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of compliance and safety regulations in the industry.
8.Certifications: Preferred: Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), or equivalent.Min Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 18000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:December 20, 2024
