As the Training and Change Manager, you will design, manage, and execute large-scale training programs and change initiatives, particularly around data governance and regulatory transformation in banking. This includes creating communication plans, building feedback loops, and ensuring adoption across business units and senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive training materials, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures
- Execute full-cycle training and communication plans for new policies and standards
- Create feedback channels and support structures to measure adoption and engagement
- Design and deliver training content tailored to different audiences, including senior management
- Serve as the primary resource for operationalizing data governance and transformation-related processes
- Ensure training aligns with regulatory and central bank requirements
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with risk, compliance, and business units during transformation rollouts
- Monitor effectiveness and make data-driven improvements to change and training programs
Governance & Standards
- Integrate regulatory requirements and governance principles into training programs
- Support adoption of Central Bank risk frameworks and compliance standards across departments
- Ensure clear communication of procedural changes to business stakeholders
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Business Management, or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- At least 10 years of experience leading training and change management in the financial services sector
- Deep understanding of banking systems, transformation projects, and data governance frameworks
- Proven experience executing 4-5 major training programs within banks or financial institutions
- Proficiency in English with strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Skilled in change management tools and advanced training platforms
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex data concepts for non-technical audiences
- Self-starter, proactive in driving initiatives and fostering collaboration
