- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a production mine site environment
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate
- Demonstrated experience with operating and training on Dozers, Excavators, Face Shovels, Graders and Haul Trucks
- Proficient in Microsoft products – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with learning management and safety systems
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrating commitment to Macmahon safety culture and values
