4. Dietary Restrictions and Preferences:

  • Accommodate dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences of family members, ensuring that all meals meet their individual needs.
  • Offer alternative options and substitutions when necessary without compromising taste or quality.

5. Kitchen Management and Staff Supervision:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the family kitchen, including meal preparation, cooking, and cleanup.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

6. Menu Variety and Innovation:

  • Introduce variety and innovation to the family’s culinary experience by experimenting with new recipes, flavors, and cooking techniques.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef specializing in Thai and Mediterranean cuisine, preferably in a private household or upscale setting.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institute.
  • Extensive knowledge of Thai and Mediterranean cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with family members and household staff.
  • Flexibility to accommodate irregular work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen management.

Expected salary: 8000 – 12000 per month
