The ideal candidate will have previous experience in team coordination, real estate, and administration. The Tenancy Coordinator will play a key role in managing tenant relations, processing rental agreements, coordinating maintenance requests, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations in the real estate sector.Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within real estate, team coordination, and administration.Key Responsibilities:Tenant Liaison: Serve as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns, queries, or issues in a timely and professional manner.Lease Management: Prepare and process tenancy agreements, renewals, and terminations while ensuring all legal requirements and policies are adhered to.Property Inspections: Coordinate property inspections, including move-in and move-out inspections, and ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.Maintenance Coordination: Manage maintenance requests from tenants, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs.Documentation: Maintain and update tenant records, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.Rent Collection & Billing: Assist with rent collection and follow up on overdue payments, issuing receipts and payment reminders when necessary.Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (sales, maintenance, accounts) to ensure smooth communication and efficient operations.Reports: Assist with preparing regular reports on tenancy renewals, vacancies, and property condition updates.Compliance: Ensure all activities are in compliance with local property laws and regulations, keeping up to date with changes in the legal environment.Qualifications & Requirements:Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, particularly within real estate, team coordination, and administration.Education: A background in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Knowledge: Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, Buildium) is a plus.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).Language: Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.Additional Skills:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.Benefits:Competitive salary (AED 5,000 monthly).Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE labor law.Opportunities for career growth within a dynamic team
