- Answer guest calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a warm and friendly tone
- Coordinate effectively with all departments to fulfill guest requests quickly and accurately
- Manage the hotel’s wake-up call system and ensure timely execution
- Maintain updated knowledge of hotel facilities, local attractions, and services to assist guests
- Use Opera or similar hotel software to access guest profiles and preferences
- Accurately take and relay messages for guests and management
- Ensure seamless operation of the switchboard and maintain communication logs
- Handle all internal and external calls in line with Sofitel’s service standards
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a telephone operator or similar front office role in the hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with hotel systems like Opera is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Well-groomed with a professional and welcoming demeanor
- High attention to detail and commitment to exceptional service
