The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to upholding RTA’s quality and safety standards.Key Responsibilities– Conduct field inspections across RTA’s vehicle technical inspection centers
– Monitor surveillance and operational systems to detect any irregularities
– Investigate suspicious cases and submit detailed reports for management review
– Ensure compliance with all technical standards, operational policies, and procedures
– Support operational teams in maintaining smooth and efficient inspection facility activities
– Recommend improvements based on observations and audit findings
– Maintain detailed records of inspections and incident investigations
– Collaborate with inspection center staff to ensure continuous quality assurance
– Participate in training programs to stay updated on inspection standards and new technologiesRequired Skills and ExperienceEducation:
– Technical Diploma or Engineering qualification (no experience required)
– Or High School Certificate (Technical/Industrial specialization) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experienceExperience:
– Background in automotive inspection, facility monitoring, or technical auditing preferred
– Understanding of vehicle inspection procedures and standards is a plusSkills:
– High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
– Good knowledge of technical systems and surveillance tools
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
