Job description: Job Responsibilities:
1.Maintenance and repair within set timeframe and according to defined process, service agreements and customer needs
2.Primary ‘on site’ customer contact for technical installation and/or service issues
3.Completes planned site / customer visits and resolves customer request / calls as dispatched
4.Develops positive customer relationships, ensures pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipment and systems status and of work completed
5.Under general supervision, diagnoses and repairs systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding on time and material requirements. Seeks clarification and technical support where needed and escalates issues as appropriate
6.Communicates with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site. Meets regularly with customer to become familiar with operating problems and reach full understanding of customer needs.
7.Keeps customer informed on the nature of provided service, outstanding issues, recommends system enhancement/upgrade/replacement and promotes the sale of change orders and/or additional labor & material work (T&M).
8.Documents work completed in a clear and concise way and promptly submits service reports.
9.Able to replace or overhaul the screw compressor
10.Able to diagnose, maintain cooling tower, pumps & hydronic system
11.Able to identify the part number using RPL
12.Able to perform detailed on site survey/assessment of time & material & contract opportunities
13.Maintains and improves technical proficiency in company’s product lines.
14.Serve as active technical personnel of the area/branch team for company applied products
15.Execute the assigned job by direct reporting team leader/supervisor independently
16.Carry out preventive maintenance or repair of company products
17.Provide technical assistance to customer using best efficient way of communication
18.Record and analyze trend data for equipment’s operational logs, identify the problem & take corrective action.
19.Provide installation support, supervision of equipment installed and provides best recommendation as per company equipment IOM’s
20.Analyze and report complicated/advanced technical issues in product range and provide solutions
21.Report all quality related issues to the reporting team leader supervisor
22.Provide field installation & operation maintenance training to customer for company equipment
23.Work under guidelines of company operational process along with type of jobs (viz Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Retrofit, Warranty Replacement, Controls, T&M, AMC, CAMC, Training, etc.) and execute the same within stipulated time and cost
24.Carry out assigned job independently with the needed tools provided by company
25.Good knowledge of Electrical, ecteronic, Software VFD
26.Accurately complete WO/WS in DSM onetime
27.Plan for assigned work to team & follow to complete
28.Closely follow up the Open WO & act accordingly to close in time.
29.Follow industrial health safety & environment standard according to site requirement in workspace
30.Establish healthy customer relationship
31.Transfer best of his knowledge during work to colleagues
32.Sustain high levels of customer satisfaction and workforce morale
33.Work continuous improvement and implementation of best practicesJob Requirements:
1.4- 6 Years of Experience in HAVC Service
2.ITI – Diploma in AC& Refrigeration
3.2-3 Year Course on Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration
4.Understands and analyzes relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
5.Ensures compliance with the DAME safety culture and adheres to all applicable safety standards, requirements and equipment.
6.Ensures compliance with environmental and industry regulations, where required.
