It will closely collaborate with the TS Solution Leads and Business partners to craft, build, test, and implement a variety of solutions including reports, interfaces, and enhancements within Data Hub.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesTechnology solutioning and Data Hub Development

  • Design, build, test, and implement SAP BI Reporting solutions ensuring performance and scalability.
  • Researching new technologies and functionality in SAP BI and developing proof of concept & making recommendations on their use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Data Hub with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Conduct work effort estimation and develop work plans, create, enforce, and adhere to SAP BI development standards.
  • Successfully handling multiple projects, completing them on time, on budget and exceeding customer expectations
  • Make sound decisions, mentor, and provide guidance to onsite & offshore developers and fully develop SAP technical competencies that will help evolve the center of excellence.
  • Lead vendor resources for optimal utilization of all technical resources
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of SAP HANA and BW/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Understand and apply tools and methodologies required for the platform.

Teamwork

  • Work across multiple Architecture and Technology Services groups to define and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Closely aligning with Business Technology counterparts to ensure delivery of development and integration work is progressing to the plan.
  • Work well with Business Technology partners and others to understand their needs, provide high-level design and recommend changes/innovations in the business process.

Process Improvement

  • Seek continuous improvement in the development process.
  • Researching SAP new releases and OSS notes and bring innovative solutions to business requirements and implement business process improvements.
  • Providing technical expertise on SAP architecture and making recommendations to improve performance.
  • Introduce delivery automation processes (Testing, Release, Development Control, …)
  • Actively participate in the Continuous Process Improvement initiatives by striving to look for possible efficiencies, scalability and/or cost reduction opportunities.

Qualifications:Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in the field of Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant Information Technology experience
  • Experience in SAP HANA, BW/4HANA, BOBI Webi, AFO, and ABAP is required
  • Experience in SAC and DataSphere are highly preferred
  • Experience in designing and ability to code high-performing complex solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing/leading SAP integrations with SAP and Non-SAP platforms various projects.
  • Manage high-performance teams, focus attention on performance metrics, procedural guidance, and continuous process improvement.
  • Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills along with extraordinary presentation skills
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, influencing skills, and relationship management expertise is required.
  • SAP certifications would be an added advantage.

$100,000-$172,500.Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
