Job description: Responsibilities:Sales and Business Development:Execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets within the UAE and eventually the MEA region.Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape to drive growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and distributors.Where and when required, drive specification efforts to ensure products are included in major projects and specifications.Market Development:Conduct market analysis and research to understand customer needs and preferences.Develop and execute market development plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones within the UAE and MEA region.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services.Technical Support and Demonstrations:Provide technical support and product training to clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of product features and benefits.Conduct product demonstrations and ensure clients are informed about the proper use and advantages of the products. Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients promptly and effectively.Revenue Generation:Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing and growing the customer base.Assist in the development and management of the sales budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and maximizing ROI.Required skills:Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the flooring or construction chemicals industry.Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies and achieving revenue targets.Strong strategic thinking and business development skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of the flooring industry and related products.Ability to analyse market trends and data to make informed business decisions.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.Multilingual skills are a plus [Languages spoken in the MEA region.]Valid driver’s license for base location and ability to obtain an international driver’s license for assigned regions.
Expected salary: 10000 – 20000 per month
