Job description: Job Responsibilities
1.Document Control, Preparing prequalification Submittals, Material Submittals etc
2.Tag and organize the project samples.
3.Follow up with the suppliers for sample and submittals.
4.Compliance statement for materials to be prepared.
5.Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans and timelines.
6.Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
7.Review project specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
8.Develop and review method statements for construction activities.
9.Analyse material submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements.
10.Prepare compliance statements and documentation for regulatory approvals.
11.Conduct site inspections to assess construction progress and quality.
12.Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
13.Identify and address any technical issues or discrepancies on-site.
14.Manage and respond to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) issued from project sites.
15.Investigate root causes of non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
16.Monitor and track NCR resolutions to ensure timely closure.
17.Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical drawings, reports, and correspondence.
18.Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
19.Manages and prepares the required submittals for client’s approval.
20.Ensure all departments are aware of the approved materials and have the track of the same.
21.Hand over approved materials to the project teams.
22.Coordination with client, consultant and contractors will be managed.
23.Development of technical submittals, commercial submittals, tender documents, etc.
24.Conduct the preparation of proposals & Registration for Public/private sector clients.
25.Preparation of technical standards and specifications for Steel Fabrication projects with respect to the local and international standards and requirements.Qualifications
1.working knowledge of English to read, write & understand the MS,SS Material .
2.A minimum of 5 years in preparing pre-qualification & Material Submittals.Min Experience:5 YearsSalary :AED 7000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:September 6, 2024
