Job description: We are seeking an experinced Technical Designer who is looking to looking for a new challenge and the ability to work from home a couple of days per week.This position is for a Technical Designer/Draftsman in Dubai to join a successful interior design technical team, where the successful individual will play a crucial role developing well-detailed drawing packages and 3D models for high-end F&B / hospitality projects. While working closely with the Interior Designers.The ideal individual will have a strong background in 2D AutoCAD technical drawings, modeling in 3DsMax and Sketchup, working knowledge in with Revit and BIM is a plus, and a passion for creating detailed and efficient digital assets.The successful Technical Designer/Draftsman will be offered:

Technical Designer/Draftsman requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Architecture, Interior Design or any related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality / F&B design
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with architectural design principles and construction documentation processes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, Sketchup, and 3DsMax
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Key duties will include:
- Collaborate with designers to understand project requirements
- Develop fully coherent and detailed 3D models and drawing packages including plans, sections, millwork and joinery detailing, transition details, and door and window schedules
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of all works by conducting thorough QA/QC checks and revisions as needed
- Stay informed on industry standards and trends on various software updates, new features, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to promote continuous improvement.
Expected salary: 12000 per month
