This capability allows us to customize both an insurance company option and a purely administrative option for our customers.Responsibilities:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will manage, support and enhance our customer portal, ensuring a seamless user experience for policyholders. This role involves troubleshooting issues, communicating with clients, providing support, and collaborating with IT and service teams to drive track and resolve portal issues and improvements.

  • Manage and maintain the customer portal, ensuring optimal functionality.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to users experiencing issues with the portal.
  • Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Collect and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new features and updates to the portal.
  • Create and update user guides, FAQs, and other support materials.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for users on how to navigate and utilize the portal effectively.
  • Monitor portal performance and generate reports on usage and customer satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze reports and metrics on portal performance and user engagement to inform decision-making and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in web- based applications development
  • Experience with ASP.Net, C#, Web API, Angular, Javascript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, Ajax, XML
  • Experience working in an Agile team using Scrum, or Kanban processes
  • Knowledge and understanding of applications related to web design and data modeling
  • Experience with Web Services, Rest API Services
  • Experience with Test Driven Development
  • Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL
  • Proven experience in customer support, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with insurance products and services is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with CRM and support ticketing systems.
