The successful candidate will play a critical role in acquiring new SME clients and driving loan sales across the UAE. Reporting to the COO, the role involves:
- Identifying and onboarding SME clients requiring financing solutions.
- Leveraging an extensive supplier network and existing sales force to generate leads.
- Managing and eventually leading a team of Relationship Managers.
- Collaborating with independent consultants and external partners to optimize deal flow.
- Driving business development through strategic partnerships and networking within the banking and fintech sectors.

- 5-6 years of experience in business banking, SME finance, or fintech sales within the UAE.
- A proven track record of acquiring new clients and achieving high sales targets.
- An existing book of SME clients that can be brought to the business.

- Experience managing or mentoring a sales team, with leadership potential.
