As a Front Office Team Leader at Jumeirah Al Qasr, you will oversee the smooth operation of guest services and ensure the highest standards of hospitality. You will support the front office team in creating an exceptional first impression, handling inquiries and issues professionally, and maintaining operational efficiency across all guest-facing touchpoints.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Conduct shift briefings to communicate key updates, occupancy levels, and guest notes
- Respond to guest requests and complaints in a prompt, courteous, and effective manner
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and shift logs for operational continuity
- Support junior colleagues by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Enforce compliance with company SOPs, safety procedures, and data privacy guidelines
- Foster a welcoming and professional environment at all times
Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience in front office operations within a 5-star hotel
- Strong command of English; Russian or another European language is a plus
- Proficiency with Opera PMS (Cloud) and Microsoft Office tools
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, guest-centric environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Cultural sensitivity and ability to work with a multinational team
