About the Position
The Office of Future Students (OFS) at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.
The primary purpose of the Team Lead – Application Success (Offshore) role is to lead and manage a team in developing and implementing outbound campaigns effectively and efficiently in all aspects of conversion activities for offshore future student pipelines, including both domestic and international students outside Australia.
With a student recruitment and sales focus, this position is responsible for transforming the Future Student conversion activities through multiple enquiry channels to achieve conversion targets.
About the person
The ideal applicant for this role will have:
- Relevant undergraduate degree or extensive relevant experience in a business development, sales, or call centre environment
- Demonstrated experience managing, training and motivating a team
- Experience managing complex projects and the ability to implement varying levels of process across a range of functions
- Developed sales skills in consultative and solutions sales, negotiating and closing
- Strong and effective interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) including excellent public speaking and presentation skills
- Proficiency in project management
- The proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Understanding of tertiary admissions, CRM usage, consultative sales, and multilingual fluency
Salary details
The salary for the position commences at $88,971.10 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
Please note: The fixed term of this employment contract will be for up to two years, with twelve months’ probation. The prospect of conversion to a continuing employment contract will be discussed at the end of the contract term.
