We are seeking an experienced Tax Specialist to manage corporate tax filings and assessments for both UAE and India. The ideal candidate should have corporate tax compliance expertise, experience handling Indian tax laws (GST, Income Tax), and a solid understanding of UAE corporate tax regulations.Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns for both UAE and India.
- Conduct impact assessments for corporate taxes and suggest strategies for optimization.
- Handle amendments and updates related to tax filings.
- Stay updated with all changes in corporate tax regulations in both UAE and India.
- Provide expert advice on VAT and Corporate Tax.
- Work with internal finance teams to ensure accurate tax reporting and compliance.
- Liaise with tax authorities and represent the company in case of any audits or assessments.
Job Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in corporate tax, including experience in Indian taxation (GST, Income Tax) and UAE tax filing.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) certification or similar tax-related certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of both UAE and Indian tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and handle tax audits.
- Experience with tax impact assessments and filing amendments, ensuring compliance with the latest tax laws.
