The Account Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining and developing relationships with talent and partners within our agency. They are responsible for negotiating contract terms, managing communication, and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the talent management industry.Responsibilities:
- Contract Negotiation:
- Review and negotiate contract terms for talent, ensuring alignment with agency standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with legal counsel as needed to finalize agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of all contract negotiations and agreements.
- Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned talent and partners.
- Foster strong relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
- Coordinate and attend meetings with talent and partners as needed.
- Communication Management:
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and inquiries from talent, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports to relevant parties.
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all channels.
- Partnership Development:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing partnerships.
- Collaborate with the business development team to secure new partnerships.
- Track and analyze partnership performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all interactions with talent and partners.
Must be based in the UAE
3 years experience preferred
Must have experience in talent management
