  • Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Proactively build a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building:
  • Establish strong relationships with account managers and team members to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
  • Provide guidance and support to account managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and selection.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company’s culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Market Research and Trends:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition within the IT, finance, and engineering sectors.
  • Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and other competitive factors to ensure our company remains attractive to top talent.
  • Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the IT, finance, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, best practices, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
