- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events to source and attract qualified candidates.
- Proactively build a pipeline of top talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Establish strong relationships with account managers and team members to understand their staffing requirements and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to account managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, candidate evaluation, and selection.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our company’s culture, values, and opportunities to prospective candidates.
- Market Research and Trends:
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition within the IT, finance, and engineering sectors.
- Conduct market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and other competitive factors to ensure our company remains attractive to top talent.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in our applicant tracking system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the IT, finance, or engineering sectors.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, best practices, and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
