They are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition specialist to support their HR function recruiting corporate and operational positions, working alongside hiring managers in an end-to-end recruitment talent function. Based in Truganina, a temporary position.*Due to location candidate will need to have a personal car and license, parking onsite is provided* About the RoleYou will be trained and supported by the People & Culture Manager;Upskilling and coaching of hiring managers on best practice recruitment processesConduct recruitment briefs with Line Managers for upcoming hires (corporate and operations)End to end recruitmentAttract candidates through advertising of rolesSource candidates from the advertising and/or talent pool, proactive sourcing of candidatesScreening of candidatesOrganise interviewsConduct reference checks aOrganise assessment testing (if required)Offer successful candidates, contract generationOrganise onboarding for new employeesTalent pooling for all operational warehouse roleskeeping up to date with the latest talent trendsAttendance at other sites, other than head office, is required from time to time.Other duties as assigned by the Head of People & Culture Skills & ExperienceYou will have experience in end-to-end RecruitmentYou may have exposure to blue collar environmentsYou will have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, JobAdderYou will have the ability to work autonomously and manage time effectivelyYou will have exceptional problem solving, analytical skillsYou will have good communication both written and verbalYou will have exceptional attention to detailYou will be immediately available to commence work Apply TodayPlease send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
