Candidate Current Location: AnyJob OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for managing recruitment administrative processes, coordinating candidate onboarding, liaising with government authorities, and supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in achieving operational excellence. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Key Responsibilities– Coordinate and manage candidates’ security clearance processes through the iRecruit system
– Organize medical test arrangements for new joiners and ensure timely follow-ups
– Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate search, interview coordination, and follow-up with hiring managers
– Complete onboarding documentation for selected candidates in accordance with the approved \”New Joiner\” process
– Prepare section reports and manage documentation updates in shared folders
– Maintain and update the talent pools with qualified resumes for future opportunities
– Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Manager, including meeting minutes and preparation of internal and external correspondence
– Coordinate with Finance, Procurement & Contracts, and other departments to facilitate procurement orders and payments related to recruitment activities
– Arrange candidate assessments in collaboration with the Talent Development Centre
– Conduct regular follow-ups with the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs regarding residence permit processes
– Participate in RTA committees and benchmark exercises as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager or Human Resources DirectorRequired Skills and ExperienceEducation:
– Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field from a recognized universityExperience:
– Previous experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration preferred
– Understanding of UAE labor laws and onboarding processes is an advantageSkills:
– Highly analytical thinking with the ability to identify and improve complex workflows
– Innovative problem-solver who can generate practical solutions
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
