Look no further than the bright lights of Horseshoe Indianapolis when you join our Table Games Blackjack Dealer Academy!NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!Beginning Monday March 31st 2025, you can expect to start the beginning of your next chapter over the following 6 weeks Monday through Friday from 8AM-12PM. At Horseshoe Indianapolis, we prepare our academy students with a fully comprehensive Blackjack training course to give you the confidence to walk onto our grand casino floor and entertain our guests with your winning personality! Our training is very extensive and thorough while providing a fun atmosphere for students to learn together while striving towards the same goal.After graduation, all successful students will be licensed as Dealer.PAID TRAINING?!?!That’s right!! At Horseshoe Indianapolis, we pay YOU to come and join our team! Students are paid at a rate of $15/hr while they attend the class. After graduation, you can enhance your Table Games knowledge by learning even more games. The more games you learn, the more money you can make!Graduating the academy doesn’t guarantee employment. You’ll have your time to shine during the audition process. - Must be 21+
- Strong math skills preferred.
- The lights are brightest during nights, holidays, and weekends.

- Proficiency in all department policies and procedures learned during the academy.
- Embrace Indiana gaming regulations along with Caesars policies and procedures.
- Must be able to stand for up to 80 minutes at a time when dealing and work in a smoking environment.
- Must pass a pre-employment background screening.
- Qualify for, obtain, and maintain a gaming license with the Indiana Gaming Commission
