Minimum Experience: 7+ years in full software development life cycle (SDLC) with a focus on Microsoft and Oracle technologies
Rate: $48/hr – $68/hr

Duration: 24 MonthsPosition Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Developer to provide technical leadership and application support for critical healthcare and forensic systems. This position is responsible for full SDLC development and maintenance activities, with a focus on building robust, secure, and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong development skills in C#, .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, and web technologies, along with experience working in a HIPAA-regulated healthcare environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all phases of the software development life cycle
- Develop and maintain n-tier applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
- Utilize HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Bootstrap, and CSS for responsive front-end development
- Create, modify, and manage Oracle database objects including tables, views, triggers, stored procedures, and packages
- Design and troubleshoot reports using Crystal Reports in web applications
- Use source control tools such as TFS, GIT, Tortoise SVN, and Visual SVN
- Work within ITSM systems for incident and service request tracking
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, deployment planning, and production support
- Mentor junior developers and provide architectural guidance
- Coordinate deployments and change management with IT operations
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards
Qualifications:
- 84+ months of experience using Microsoft Visual Studio with C#, ASP.NET, Web API
- 84+ months of experience with front-end web development using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS
- 84+ months of experience working with Oracle PL/SQL via SQL Developer
- 84+ months of experience analyzing business requirements and implementing application logic
- 60+ months of experience using TFS and/or GIT
- 36+ months of experience developing with JavaScript/jQuery
- 72+ months of experience working with HIPAA PHI healthcare data
- 36+ months of experience developing reports with Crystal Reports in Oracle-integrated web applications
