3+ years of security governance/risk and compliance experience.
Ability to take requirements in JAVA script.
Ability to write requirements Azure Dev Ops.
Experience with .NET Tech Stack.
Testing experience.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Roles And Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document security governance, risk, and compliance requirements.
Work with developers and stakeholders to translate security and functional requirements into technical specifications.
Utilize JavaScript to capture and document business requirements.
Write and maintain technical documentation within Azure DevOps for project tracking and version control.
Assist in the development and implementation of .NET-based applications, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Perform testing and validation of system functionalities, ensuring security and compliance standards are met.
Support system audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to government regulations and best practices.
Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies for application security.
Work closely with state government stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and effective requirement gathering.
Highly Desired Skills:
Prior experience with state or federal government projects.
Strong understanding of security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for requirement tracking and documentation.
Proficiency in JavaScript for capturing business logic and process flows.
Experience working with the .NET technology stack, including C# and ASP.NET.
Knowledge of system testing methodologies and best practices.
Certifications in security governance (e.g., CISM, CISSP, or similar) are a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.Strong understanding of shop floor control, MRP, and demand management.
