  • Supporting Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with local agent.
  • Work with local agent to monitor, update and implement all the invoicing process until payment collection related with ARIBA system.
  • Obtain necessary information through ARIBA system to capture timely invoicing progress.
  • Ensure data integrity in ARIBA and Inventory Management system through weekly and monthly reporting.
  • Prepare and present report required internally.
  • Effective communications with internal customers & stakeholders.
  • Any other miscellaneous duties as required.
  • Prepare and present invoicing progress report
  • Implement necessary actions within ARIBA system
  • A minimum of 2 years related experience.
  • University diploma/degree.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office).
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
