- Supporting Sales Team as necessary through direct relations with local agent.
- Work with local agent to monitor, update and implement all the invoicing process until payment collection related with ARIBA system.
- Obtain necessary information through ARIBA system to capture timely invoicing progress.
- Ensure data integrity in ARIBA and Inventory Management system through weekly and monthly reporting.
- Prepare and present report required internally.
- Effective communications with internal customers & stakeholders.
- Any other miscellaneous duties as required.
- Prepare and present invoicing progress report
- Implement necessary actions within ARIBA system
- A minimum of 2 years related experience.
- University diploma/degree.
- Good computer skills (MS Office).
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
