Benefits: Housing allowance, medical insurance, visa, annual flight allowance, gratuityAbout the Role:A reputable international school in the UAE is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Swimming Coach to join their Physical Education department. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming instruction, ensuring student safety, and helping build a strong competitive swim program.Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging and safe swimming lessons for students of all skill levels (beginner to advanced)Develop swimmers’ technique, strength, endurance, and water confidenceOrganize and lead school swim teams for competitions and inter-school meetsMonitor student progress and provide constructive feedbackEnsure health and safety regulations are followed at all times in the pool areaCoordinate with PE staff and leadership to support school-wide fitness initiativesAssist in planning and executing school events, swim galas, and sports daysMaintain swimming equipment and ensure cleanliness of the pool areaRequirements:Certified Swimming Instructor/Coach (e.g., ASA, STA, AUSTSWIM, or equivalent)2+ years of experience coaching or teaching swimming in a school or club settingStrong classroom management and motivational skillsKnowledge of competitive swimming techniques and training plansFirst Aid and Lifeguard certification (preferred)Excellent communication skills and a positive attitudeFluent in English; additional languages are a plusBased in the UAE or willing to relocateWhat We Offer:AED 7,000/month (tax-free)Housing allowanceMedical insuranceWork visaAnnual flight allowanceEnd-of-service gratuityProfessional development opportunities and a supportive school environmentTo Apply:Please send your CV, coaching certificates, and a brief cover letter to:
